Representation of venture capital funds and managements, private equity investments

We have been the legal representatives of a number of venture capital funds and venture capital fund managers, primarily in relation to the JEREMIE programme. We also represent those funds and managers on a continuous basis as they conduct their investments and transactions as well as assisting them with all regulatory issues. We also represent venture funds and private investors from abroad while they conduct their investments.

Our office provides consultation to a number of investment companies concerning preparation for financial investments and the performance of the transactions associated with such investments.
