As a business law firm, representing our clients in issues of corporate and commercial law is one of our core activities. Similarly, we also provide assistance to our clients, be they companies or private individuals, with transactions associated with real estate.

We are the permanent legal representatives of many companies, but we also accept occasional assignments of that type.
The corporate law area primarily provides general legal and corporate law consultancy to companies active in various areas, from the simplest corporate law matters to more complex transactions, such as the restructuring and the reorganisation of companies and tasks associated with insolvency.

Our commercial law clients are primarily in the areas of IT, telecommunications, alternative energy and high-tech production.
